At Lion Springs Lavender Farm, we work hard to produce delicious, natural, local lavender honey in Carmel Valley Village, California.  This is the same honey we handmake our famous Carmel Caramels with. We have 20 bee hives and our honey is produced in limited edition, small batches.  The bees gather nectar from our certified organic lavender grown with natural well water and rain water.  This is raw honey so it is unprocessed to retain its nutrients.
